芝麻黄豆养生瘦身 SESAME SOY CAKES RECIPE

最近利用了豆浆机作出不同口味的养生糊来吃之外，

还作出不同口味的养生Pancakes- 比普通煎饼好吃又营养！

今天就做了芝麻黄豆饼！

很爱吃芝麻因为我相信常吃芝麻，可使皮肤保持柔嫩、细致和光滑甚至头发会长黑哦！

芝麻不但能滑肠治疗便秘，还能滋润皮肤呢。

芝麻中含有防止人体发胖的物质蛋黄素、胆碱、肌糖，因此芝麻吃多了也不会发胖哦。

很适合：-想瘦身又想吃面包类的你。

                -想让头发长得乌黑浓亮的你。

                -喜欢营养料理的你！

材料

黄豆一手把，黑芝麻约一满汤匙，水

做法

1.把材料倒进豆浆机加水至800ml，选五谷豆浆即可。完成以后倒出过滤，加点蜂蜜或冰糖即可饮用。豆渣当然是用来煎饼了^^

2.把豆渣加入一颗鸡蛋，少许鲜奶，有机蔗糖和PanCake Powder (面粉也可以）

  搅拌均匀后放少许橄榄油小火煎。香喷喷的芝麻豆豆糕就出炉了！

 新鲜出炉的豆渣

 喜欢的话可以在搅拌时加些麦片，整个芝麻糕饼会更丰富营养！
