de-stress, chocolate or bread


hi guys how are you feeling today?
my friend answered me, “i am so busy so stress...!xx$%*@+..."

oh... i think this is not healthy & then i dated my friend out for high tea & desserts. ^^
(hope it's helpful to my dearie friends)...



Well, recently i am busy & getting stress as well, how do i de-stress myself?
i eat, long drive, shopping, music & movies!
And....
Do you love chocolate? 

my way to de-stress!

hye brandy..glad to hear you recovered..already missed you meh..
so..you like to eat clam or "siput lala" meh..that's good =p..but do you like the "siput kepah" or some said "siput sudu" or mussel too?it delicious meh =p how about the "siput sedut"? "gulai lemak siput sedut" very popular in johor and malacca..it tasty and finger licking good too if you eat with newly cooked rice =p anyway..wish you have a nice day and take care..LoL =p
